However, we recognize that no single set of business standards can address every situation, therefore we have established multiple methods of communication to allow employees, contractors, and other impacted persons to seek guidance, including this one.
Compliance is a shared commitment among all Encompass Health employees, directors, officers and contractors. Paramount to this commitment is a responsibility to report potential violations of law or Encompass Health policy. If you suspect that a violation has occurred or if you have doubts about the legal or policy implications of a situation, please discuss the matter with your supervisor, your regional functional lead, or a member of the Home Office team listed in the Additional Contact Information. If you are not comfortable with one of these options, you may utilize the anonymous and confidential Compliance Hotline, administered by our third party vendor Compliance 360, to report your concerns or suspicions of misconduct. The Ethics & Compliance Office, Senior Management and the Board of Directors value your input. The information you provide will be forwarded to us by Compliance 360 to be thoroughly investigated, and corrective actions will be implemented for all substantiated allegations.
